Each excavation site shall be inspected by the city a minimum of every 60 days during operation of the excavation. By applying for a permit under this subchapter, the permittee has agreed to permit and cooperate in such inspections. The permittee and/or owners of any premises in violation of any of the requirements of this subchapter or its permit shall remedy such violations within the time specified by written notice from the city.
