DAYTON, MINNESOTA ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CODE
§ 153.15 EXCAVATION PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall remove, store, place or excavate rock, sand, dirt, gravel, clay or other like material within the city unless such person, firm or corporation shall first have obtained an excavation permit authorizing the same and complied with all of the terms of this subchapter.
