§ 151.02 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
    This chapter is adopted pursuant to M.S.§ 462.351 (for cities and towns), as it may be amended from time to time, and as required by the latest version of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Construction Stormwater General Permit (MN Rl 00001).
