§ 115.32 PUBLIC HEARING.
   A pawnbroker or secondhand goods dealer license will not be issued without a public hearing. Any person having an interest in or who will be affected by the proposed license will be permitted to testify at the hearing. The public hearing must be preceded by a ten-day published notice specifying the location of the proposed licensed business premises.
