DAYTON, MINNESOTA ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CODE
§ 114.068 APPROVING PERMITS; RESTRICTIONS.
   No officer or employee of the city shall sign any letter or other document expressing local approval of an application for a state consumption and display permit, or in any other manner expressing or conveying the impression that such approval has been given, until he or she has been authorized by resolution of the Council.
