DAYTON, MINNESOTA ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CODE
§ 114.022 PLACES INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE.
   (A)   State law applicable. No license shall be issued for any place of or for any business ineligible for such a license under state law.
   (B)   Delinquent taxes. No license shall be granted for operation on any premises on which taxes, assessments or other financial claims of the city are delinquent and unpaid.
   (C)   School zone. No license shall be granted within 100 feet of any school or within 100 feet of any church.
