§ 71.03 EXEMPTIONS.
   The following uses are exempt from this subchapter:
   (A)   Any motorized dirt bike and/or ATV used by the city or any other governmental body in conducting official business; and
   (B)   Any motorized dirt bike and/or ATV used for the purpose of lot maintenance.
