§ 52.053 USE OF FIRE HYDRANTS.
   No person, other than an employee of the Public Works Department or the Fire Department, who is engaged in authorized municipal work, shall operate fire hydrants or interfere in any way with the city water system without first obtaining authority to do so for the City Engineer or Utility Supervisor.
