§ 95.38 POSTING ADVERTISEMENTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to paste, glue, tack, or otherwise post any sign, placard, advertisement, or inscription whatever, nor shall any person erect or cause to be erected any sign whatever in any park, or on public lands, highways, or roads adjacent to a park, unless that person is a properly authorized government official in pursuit of an official duty. Permission to place any sign in any park may be obtained from the Mayor, at his or her sole discretion.
