§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of criminal littering under KRS 512.070 and subject to the penalties thereunder and/or shall be fined in accordance with the City Civil Fine Schedule as set forth in § 38.15.
