§ 91.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
    “CAT.” Any member of the feline family.
   “DOG.” Any member of the canine family.
   “OWNER.” Any person having a right of property in a dog and every person who keeps, harbors, or cares for a dog.
