In addition to the penalty provisions of § 90.04, any person violation §§ 90.02 or 90.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, fined not less than $5 nor more than $100, be imprisoned not less than ten days nor more than 30 days, or both. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
