§ 34.17 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Housing Authority shall have all powers necessary and appropriate to engage in low cost housing and slum clearance projects, and shall have all of the powers, authority, and duties prescribed by
this subchapter and by KRS Chapter 80.
