§ 35.049 OFFICERS.
   The Municipal Housing Authority shall elect a Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson from its members and a Secretary and Treasurer who need not be a member of the Authority. The duties of the Offices of Secretary and Treasurer may be performed by the same person.
