§ 153.01 AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING JOINT PLANNING UNIT ADOPTED.
   The agreement of the establishment of a Joint City-County Planning Unit, Joint City-County Planning Commission and Boards of Adjustment conforming to the provisions of KRS Ch. 100 as attached to ordinance dated 6-24-1967, along with any amendments thereto, are hereby made a part hereof as if set out in full.
