§ 152.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply, unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different interpretation.
   MOBILE HOME or TRAILER. Any housetrailer or mobile home which is a self-propelled or non-self-propelled vehicle or similar portable structure used or maintained for use or constructed as to permit use, as a conveyance upon public streets or highways or, designed to permit the occupancy thereof as a permanent or temporary dwelling place for one or more persons, as a sleeping place for one or more persons, for the conduct of any business or profession, occupation or trade or which is held for sale or lease, whether resting on wheels, jacks or other foundations.
   PERMANENT, FIXED FOUNDATION. A foundation which is permanent in nature and which is so constructed as to be fixed upon the surface of land. This shall include, but not be limited to, those instances in which the wheels or the mobile parts of a mobile home have been removed, so that the unit rests upon a PERMANENT, FIXED FOUNDATION. This shall also include those instances in which the mobile home has been mounted upon a permanent or semi-permanent structure and solid underpinning has been installed beneath the trailer.
   SOLID UNDERPINNING. An opaque metal or plastic material designed for purposes of insulating beneath a trailer or for purposes of enclosing a space which lies between the bottom of the trailer and the ground. (See KRS 132.720.)
   TRAILER PARK. Includes the terms TRAILER COACH PARK, TRAILER COURT or PARKING SPACE and shall mean an area of land upon which one or more housetrailers are placed for revenue purposes.
