§ 116.054 PAYMENT OF FEES.
   Upon approval of the application by the DSABC, the applicant shall pay to the City Clerk/Treasurer the amount of the license fee provided in this chapter in the form of a certified check, money order or cash. Payment shall be held on deposit by the city pending state license approval and issuance of the city license by the DSABC.
