(A) A curfew for park use of 12:00 midnight, with notice of the same to be clearly and conspicuously posted at all park entrances; provided that, persons desiring to hold special events at the parks requiring a later curfew may request the same from the Mayor’s office, which office may grant a curfew extension on a case by case basis, if it is considered, in the Mayor’s sole discretion, that such event and curfew extension is in the best interests of the public welfare.
(B) The Police Department of the city is hereby given the authority to enforce such a curfew by the issuance of a citation and fine in an amount not to exceed $100 for curfew violation.
