§ 95.05 MAINTENANCE OF EASEMENT BY PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNERS.
   Owners of private property adjacent to the 50-foot easement surrounding Lake Beshear shall have the right to cut grass and undergrowth on the easement, and to care for and maintain that part of the easement, but they shall not cut or remove trees of the diameter of six inches or larger.
