§ 95.02 EASEMENT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
   (A)   The use of the 50-foot easement surrounding Lake Beshear shall be open to the public, including the owners of private property adjacent to the 50-foot easement.
   (B)   The 50-foot easement shall remain open for the purpose of passage around the lake.
