SCHEDULE I. WEIGHT LIMITS.

   (A)   Vehicles exceeding the allowable gross weight are prohibited on the following streets:

   (B)   Whoever violates the provisions of this schedule shall, upon conviction, be subject to the fine schedule set forth in KRS 189.990(2). However, in no case shall the fine be less than $60, nor more than $500.
