A. Individuals: No license may be transferred to any other person.
B. Premises: When a license relates to specific premises, it may be transferred to another place only upon request to the city clerk. The city clerk shall consider the transfer request and approve the transfer or submit it to the city council in accordance with requirements for issuance of the license.
C. Vehicle; Device: When a license relates to a specific vehicle or device, it may be transferred to a replacement vehicle or device upon filing with the city clerk an affidavit of the reasons for the transfer, a description of the vehicle or device to which it is to be transferred and the disposition of the vehicle or device from which it is to be transferred.
D. Fee: The city council may, by resolution, impose a transfer fee. (1982 Code § 7.125)
