A. Temporary License: A temporary license shall be issued for a specific period, which shall be stated on the license, during which a special event is being held.
B. General Effective Date: Every other license shall become effective when issued and any required approval of security or insurance is obtained, or such later date as is requested in the application.
C. Expiration: The license shall expire on December 31 following its commencement. (1982 Code § 7.123)
