A. Posting Of License Required: The licensee shall post the license in a conspicuous place on the premises, in the vehicle or on or near the device to which the license relates.
B. Multiple Devices: If a license relates to multiple devices at a single premises, the license shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises.
C. Licensed Activity: If the license authorizes the licensee to engage in a particular line of employment, the license shall be carried on the licensee's person when the licensee is carrying on the licensed activity, unless the licensee carries on the activity from a single place of business in the city, in which case it shall be posted at the place of business.
D. All Other Cases: In all other cases, the license shall be posted at the licensee's place of business within the city, or such other place in the city as the city clerk may designate upon the license.
E. Multiple Premises: In addition, if a license relates to multiple premises, the licensee shall obtain from the city clerk and post a copy of the license in a conspicuous place on each premises to which the license relates. (1982 Code § 7.126)
F. Copies For Posting: Whenever a licensee is required to post copies of a license at a place other than where the original license is posted, the city clerk shall issue a sufficient number of copies for that purpose, marking each copy with the word "copy" on its face. (1982 Code § 7.120)
