848.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No vendor shall engage in mobile food vending without a license from the City Clerk authorizing such vending. The City Clerk shall prescribe the form of such licenses and application for such licenses. All licenses shall be prominently displayed on the mobile food vending unit.
