The penalty for failure to register a business shall be considered a civil infraction and subject to a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fine if there is a failure to register within ten business days after opening or relocating. A notice of non-compliance will be sent after these ten days. If there is a failure to comply within thirty days of notice of non-compliance, an additional fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be levied and for each thirty days thereafter until registration is completed.
