A "Business and Building Owner Registration" form obtained from the City or available online at www.cityofdavison.org shall be completed for every business within the City when a business is opened to the public or relocated within ten business days. A nominal fee shall be charged for the registration set by City Council, hereinafter, "Council," and adjusted from time to time by Resolution of the Council.
