873.03 SCOPE.

The approval of a small cell wireless facility under this chapter authorizes only the collocation of a small cell wireless facility and does not authorize either of the following:

(a) The provision of any services.

(b) The installation, placement, modification, maintenance, or operation of a wireline backhaul facility in the right-of-way.
