Authorized employees of the City of Davison shall at reasonable times have the right to enter any premise on which City water is used to inspect, adjust, read, repair or remove water meters or appurtenances in connection with said water meters. Any piping near or around the meter or curb stop shall be substantial enough to allow utilities personnel to turn the curb stop on and/or off for plumbing repairs and meter replacement. Any piping deemed sub-standard shall be replaced by the owner at their expense. (The City shall not be responsible for water line failure while turning on and off the water).
