The Planning Commission shall hold at least one (1) regular meeting each month, unless there are no agenda items for consideration, in which case the scheduled meeting may be canceled. A majority of the Planning Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of the ordinary business of the Planning Commission and all questions which shall arise at the meetings shall be determined by a vote of the majority of the members of the Planning Commission that are present at the meeting.
