(a) The transition from the previous City of Davison Planning Commission and the Planning Commission established by Ord. No. 2009-01 shall be gradual and shall take place over the next three (3) years. The City Council shall continue to make annual appointments, appointing approximately one-third (1/3) of the membership of the Planning Commission as specified in Ord. No. 2009-01, so that three (3) years from the effective date of Ord. No. 2009-01, the membership, the membership representation, and number of members have completed the transition to fully comply with Ord. No. 2009-01.
(b) All other aspects of Ord. 2009-01 shall have immediate effect.
