If a user violates or continues to violate any provision of this chapter (including, without limitation, any notice, order, permit, decision or determination promulgated, issued or made by the POTW under this chapter), water service provided directly or indirectly to the user by the County and/or the Local Unit may be severed. If severed, the water service shall recommence only after the user has satisfactorily demonstrated the user’s ability to comply with all applicable provisions of this chapter, and only at the user’s sole expense.
