1044.008 PRIVATE TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL REQUIREMENTS.

If a public sanitary or combined sewer is not available under the provisions of Sections 1044.003 through 1044.007, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system complying with all requirements of the Genesee County Health Department.
