Wherever the term "building official," "administrative authority" or "code official" appears in The International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in Section 1480.01, it shall be deemed to mean the Building Official of the City or his or her duly authorized agent. Wherever the term "Municipality," "City" or "local jurisdiction" appears in such Code, it shall be deemed to mean the City of Davison. Wherever the term "Board of Appeals" appears in such Code, it shall be deemed to mean the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Davison.
