The Board of Zoning Appeals may grant variances from the provisions of this chapter when, in its judgment, the enforcement of this chapter will result in practical difficulties and unnecessary hardships on persons affected hereby. A hearing shall be held pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 1262.09 of the Zoning Code.
