1466.22 RELATIONSHIP OF CHAPTER TO STATE AND FEDERAL LAW.

Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to exempt a developer from requirements of any State or Federal statute or regulation applicable to the proposed activity, nor shall any permit or approval issued to a developer by a State or Federal agency be deemed to exempt the developer from the requirements of this chapter.
