In addition to the requirements of Section 1466.17, the applicant for a special use permit in the ground water recharge area shall submit the following:
(a) A location map, including existing topographic data at two-foot interval contours;
(b) A map showing proposed grading and drainage plans, including the location of all public drainage easements and the limits and extent of the proposed fill, excavation and occupation;
(c) A statement from the County Drain Commissioner indicating that he or she has reviewed and approved the plans;
(d) A statement from the County Health Department indicating that it has reviewed and approved the plans;
(e) A statement from the City Engineer concerning the feasibility of the plans and his or her approval; and
(f) Any other information requested by the Planning Commission.
