1466.12 REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIAL USE PERMITS FOR USES IN THE FLOODWAY FRINGE AREA.
   The applicant for a special use permit in the floodway fringe area shall be required to submit that information listed as necessary in Section 1466.08.
