In addition to the requirements of Section 1466.07, the applicant for a special use permit in the floodway area shall submit the following:
(a) A letter of approval from the State Department of Natural Resources;
(b) A location map, including existing topographic data at two-foot interval contours at a scale of one inch representing 100 feet;
(c) A map showing proposed grading and drainage plans, including the location of all public drainage easements and the limits, extent and elevations of the proposed fill, excavation and occupation;
(d) A statement from the County Drain Commissioner indicating that he or she has reviewed and approved the proposal;
(e) A statement from the County Health Department indicating that it has reviewed and approved the proposal;
(f) A statement from the Building Official concerning feasibility of the proposal and his or her approval; and
(g) Any other information requested by the Planning Commission.
