1460.03 NONCOMPLIANCE; REMEDY OF CITY.

If, at the expiration of the time limit specified in the notice, the owner has not complied with the requirements thereof, the City Manager shall carry out the requirements of the notice. The cost of such abatement shall be charged against the premises and the owner thereof in accordance with the provisions of Section 248.11, in addition to the penalty provided in Section 1460.99.
