In addition to all other fees provided for in this chapter, there is hereby established a fee for any plan review made by Municipal officials, such fee to be established from time to time by Council. Additional fees as determined by the Building Official pertaining to the required construction plan examination shall be as set forth in the user fee schedule, as amended from time to time by Council.
