1440.02 ISSUANCE TO VIOLATORS PROHIBITED.

A building permit holder upon whom a stop-work order has been served shall not be issued a building permit for any other type of construction until the Building Official has received satisfactory evidence that the violation for which the stop-work order was served has been corrected.
