Pursuant to Section 10.3 of the City Charter, and in accordance with Section 8b of Act 230, of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, the Michigan Building Code, and the Michigan Residential Code, as published by the Bureau of Construction Codes, Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth, are hereby adopted by reference, as the construction codes for the City.
