1274.07 SIDE YARDS FOR A-3 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.

There shall be a side yard on each side of the lot having a minimum dimension of eight (8) feet, except that a side yard adjacent to a street shall have a minimum depth of twenty-five (25) feet. Side yard requirements for accessory structures located on reverse frontage lots shall conform to Section 1274.06 (d).
