There shall be a side yard on each side of the lot having a minimum dimension of fifteen (15) feet, except that the side yard adjacent to a side street shall be the same as the front yard setback and in no case less than thirty (30) feet. Side yard requirements for accessory structures located on reverse frontage lots shall conform to Section 1270.06 (d).
