Between June 15 and Labor Day, inclusive, the City park system shall be open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Between Labor Day and June 14, the park system shall be open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., except that the softball portion of Davison Regional Park only (Worvie Fields) shall be open from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight for use as softball fields. However, upon application to Council or its authorized agent, the hours may be extended both as to an entire park or as to a special use area. Council may provide by resolution for temporary hours other than as specified herein for a stated period of time. Portable equipment shall be removed seasonally at the discretion of the City Manager.
