It is the purpose of this chapter to establish regulations governing the operation and use of each of the parks which constitute the park system of the City. Council from time to time shall designate by resolution the areas which are owned by the City and/or the Davison Community Schools which are to be designated as parks and which shall, thereby, become subject to the provisions of this chapter.
