1048.01 DEFINITIONS.

   (a)   “DPW” means the Department of Public Works.

   (b)   “Manager” means the City Manager.

   (c)   “Person” means any individual, firm, association, public or private corporation or public agency or instrumentality.

   (d)   “Premises” means each lot or parcel of land, building or premises having any connection to the water disposal system or the sewage disposal system of the City.
