Meters and any related bypass valves will be sealed by the City and no person, except an authorized employee of the City, shall break or injure such seals. No person, except an authorized employee of the City, shall change the location of, alter or interfere in any way with any meter or obstruct the free access to any water meter, meter pit or stop box.
