1040.08 WATER NEEDED FOR BUILDINGS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

When water is needed for construction in the City, a hydrant meter may be rented through the City, at the cost set per the fee schedule set by Council. This rental is only allowed from April to October, due to weather. Outside of that time other arrangements will have to be made.
